The legal stuff..

All of our products are derived from federally compliant industrial hemp classed under the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (2018 Farm Bill). The 2018 Farm Bill authorized the production of hemp and removed hemp and hemp seeds from the Drug Enforcement Administration’s (DEA) schedule of Controlled Substances. It also directed the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) to issue regulations and guidance to implement a program to create a consistent regulatory framework around production of hemp throughout the United States.

Each of our products are confidently tested and contain no more than 0.3% delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol by dry-weight. COA’s (Certificate of Analysis) are available for each listed item and proudly presented on the last product image.

Hash House Hemp Products operates within the limits of local and federal regulation, and works under Arizona Department of Agriculture (AZDA). Hash House is licensed under AZDA for processing and transporting hemp, and licensed to engage in business in Lake Havasu City.
